Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Healthy Pet Hospital. If something is not right, here is how we handle returns and exchanges.

Return Window

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, in accordance with Lebanese Consumer Protection Law (Law 659/2005).

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened accessories in their original packaging (collars, leashes, bowls, toys, beds, grooming tools).
  • Products that arrived damaged, defective, or were incorrectly shipped.

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened food products (dry food, wet food, treats) for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Opened health and hygiene products (supplements, shampoos, wipes, dental products).
  • Products that show signs of use.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for products of equal value.
  • If you want to exchange for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the product you want is a lower value, we issue store credit for the difference.

Defective or Wrong Product

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately.
  • We will replace the product at no cost to you, including shipping.
  • Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • If an exchange is not possible (product out of stock), we issue store credit as a gift card code, valid for 12 months, which you can use at checkout on a future order.

Return and Exchange Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong product: Healthy Pet Hospital covers shipping both ways (the return and the delivery of the replacement).
  • Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping via Wakilni, and the delivery of the replacement ($5). Free-shipping thresholds do not apply to exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Include a photo if the product is damaged or defective.
  4. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
