Shipping & Delivery: Lebanon and Syria

We deliver across all of Lebanon and to Syria through our partner Wakilni.

Delivery Options

  • Home delivery via Wakilni: all regions of Lebanon, and Syria
  • Pickup at clinic: Healthy Pet Hospital, Jbeil - Amchit Highway, Byblos (free)

Delivery Fees

  • Lebanon: standard delivery $5.00, free on orders above $99.00
  • Syria: delivery $10.00, free on orders above $199.00
  • Pickup at clinic: Free

Pickup at the Clinic

Choose "Pickup" at checkout and collect your order at Healthy Pet Hospital, Jbeil - Amchit Highway, Byblos. Orders are usually ready within 1 hour during opening hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 3 PM. Bring your order number.

Pickup orders paid in cash are held for 3 days from the order confirmation. If the order is not collected within 3 days, it is cancelled and the products return to stock. Pickup orders paid by Whish are kept until you collect them.

Estimated Delivery Time

Lebanon: 3 to 5 business days. Syria: we confirm the delivery time with you on WhatsApp once your order is placed.

Ordering from Syria

At checkout, keep "Lebanon" as the country (Syria is not in the list, this is normal), write your full Syrian address in the address fields, and type your city followed by "Syria", for example "Damascus, Syria". Enter your mobile number with the +963 country code, then select the "Delivery to Syria" shipping method: $10.00, free on orders above $199.00. Payment is by Cash on Delivery or Whish, in US dollars. After ordering, send us your order number on WhatsApp (+961 76 423 505) so we confirm the delivery details with you.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Large items (food bags, carriers) are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes.
