Business Information

Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Some products are exempt from VAT (0%). All other products include 11% VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product availability is subject to stock levels.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and Whish. Cash on Delivery: payment is collected by the Wakilni driver upon delivery, or at the clinic when you collect a pickup order. Pickup orders paid in cash are held for 3 days from the order confirmation; if the order is not collected within 3 days, the order is cancelled and the products return to stock. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or verified.

Product Information

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings. Every product is selected by our veterinary team.

Veterinary Products

Some products (veterinary diets, medical supplements) are best used under veterinary guidance. Healthy Pet Hospital does not sell prescription-only medications online.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Healthy Pet Hospital. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Healthy Pet Hospital is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, including Law No. 659/2005 (Consumer Protection) and Law No. 81/2018 (Electronic Transactions and Personal Data). Any disputes will be resolved through the competent courts of Jbeil, Lebanon.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
